Let’s start with the basics, there are 3 options for Webex plans – Enterprise, Named Users, and Active Users.

Enterprise Agreement (EA)

An enterprise-wide subscription for meetings, calling, or meetings and calling together. Organizations with 250 or more users, this model is for you. You can choose Meetings or Calling, or both. Team Collaboration (Webex Teams) is included for all users.

Active User (AU)

A usage-based subscription for Meetings. This plan allows you to closely track your ROI. With the Collaboration Flex Plan – Active User, you can purchase subscriptions for a minimum of 40 Active Users or 15% or more of your users. When usage of Meetings increases, the active user subscription quantity increases with an annual true forward. Team Collaboration (Webex Teams) is included for all users.

Active User (AU)

Named User (NU) Meetings

A per-user subscription for Meetings. This plan allows you to purchase Meetings at a per user rate with no minimum to purchase. Named User plan is great for businesses that wants a simple approach to buying Cisco Webex Meetings. You can also add users as needed for the first year and the plan will reset for the following 12 months. 

Meetings can be purchased as a suite or a la carte. Webex Meetings Suite includes all of the Meetings (1,000 participants), Events (1,000 participants), Training (1,000 participants), and Support (5 participants). Team Collaboration (Webex Teams) is included with the purchase of Cisco Webex Meetings Suite or Meetings, but does not come with the standalone purchase of Events, Training, or Support.

A per-user subscription for Calling. This plan allows you to purchase full featured Calling at a per user rate with no minimum to purchase. Team Collaboration (Webex Teams) is included for each user.

When Meetings and Calling are purchased together in a Collaboration Flex Plan subscription, you can take advantage of better together pricing. Different buying models can be used for different services.

Cloud Calling and Meetings

This plan allows your to purchase a fully featured Cloud Calling (either Webex Calling or Webex Calling for SP), Meetings (200 participant capacity), and Team Collaboration (Webex Teams) at a per user rate with no minimum purchase.
